I am able to claim a refund of the Tour Costs depending upon the amount of money that I raise for Walk the Walk. I confirm by completing this form that, if I raise £3,750 or more and accept a refund of more £1,000, I will be classed as a Professional Fundraiser under the Charities Act 1992 and will sign this professional fundraising agreement. As stated in the following points of the standard challenge Terms and Conditions, Recitals, 3.17 and 3.18. Also in point 3.1.7 of the Professional Fundraising Terms & Conditions. I will also ensure that each donor is supplied with a copy of the statutory statement for professional fundraisers which shall read: "All Participants taking part in a Walk the Walk (WTW) overseas challenge are required to pay their own costs in taking part in the events. If a participant raises more than £1,500 WTW will potentially refund part of the costs of their challenge. When a participant is entitled to a refund of more than £1,000 they are required to declare to you that they will receive some money from your donation. In this case [insert your name] will receive between £500 and £3,000 depending on my fundraising levels. This is the Notifiable Amount set out in the Charities Act 1992."
