  1. What are the 2020 challenge costs?

    Tour Package

    The Team will be staying at a selection of Hotels, you have a choice of staying in a twin or single room. Please note, single rooms available only in Hotels - all tents are two people sharing.

    You can see what is included in the Tour Package here.

    Please note: If you are an individual traveller looking to share, we will try to pair you with another Walker. In the event that is this is not possible you may be required to pay a single supplement.

  4. Refunds

    At Walk the Walk if you raise £1600 or more, to thank you for supporting us, we will refund you as per the below...

    Minimum fundrasing £650

    Raise over £1,600 and WTW will refund £530

    Raise over £2,100 and WTW will refund £700

    Raise over £2,700 and WTW will refund £990

    Raise over £3,300 and WTW will refund £1,200

    Raise over £3,800 and WTW will refund £1,360

    If you would like to take this opportunity and receive a refund of more than £1,000 this means that you will be classed as a Professional Fundraiser under the Charities Act 1992, Section 60. This only applies to you if you intend to raise £3300 or more and intend to accept the refund, if so then you are required to complete a separate document within 14 days of applying/registering; this is in accordance with the Charity Commission and Charities Act 1992.

     

  5. How can I pay?

    There are 3 ways to pay for this once in a lifetime Challenge:

    • Pay in full when registering
    • Pay the deposit followed by 2 instalments:
      • 21st October 2019
      • 3rd February 2020
