Need help with sending us your MoonWalk miles?

Fantastic, well done and thank you for fundraising and supporting Walk the Walk!

If you are struggling to upload your mileage, or your phone died, or you just feel technology is against you... please don't panic.... we will get it sorted for you... follow these simple instructions below. 

Please make sure your miles are uploaded using one of these methods by Wednesday 16th June 2021.

Did you forget to set your Strava privacy to everyone or it just didn't work?

Visit your fundraising page, make sure you are logged in by using your order number and email address in the top right-hand corner of your page, then add a manual activity to your page and take a screenshot or alternatively take a picture of your tracked miles. Or you can fill in this website form here with a screenshot or a photo of your tracked miles. Please note, this will not be updated to your online fundraising page!

Did your teammate track the miles for you?

Visit your fundraising page, make sure you are logged in by using your order number and email address in the top right-hand corner of your page, then add your completed miles as a manual activity to your fundraising page and use a screenshot or a photo of your team member's tracked miles to add to the post. Did your tracker stop working and you're missing some miles?

Did your tracker not work or phone battery died?
