Good walking technique can help you get fitter, is great for posture, tones muscle, burns calories, can increase your walking speed and then... put it all to the test and it will help you achieve your goal!

So go on, find your Mojo, choose a distance from below and we'll give you all the technique and advice you need. It's up to you to practice over the month and then go out and conquer your challenge! You can try it as many times as you like, just make sure the activity is showing on your page!
Take it Steady! Walk 3 miles in 54 minutes (18 minute miles)
Ramp it Up! Walk 4 miles in 1 hour (15 minute miles)
Intensity! Walk 5 miles in 1 hour 5 minutes (13 minute miles)
