The Pride of Sport Awards

A huge THANK YOU to The Mirror's Pride of Sport Awards in partnership with TSB for a wonderful time at the awards ceremony last night.   

What  a fantastic occasion, celebrating and recognising some of the unsung heroes of sport! It really was a very emotional evening, with so many inspirational people... Sally and I have to confess to shedding a tear or two.

I am so very proud and honoured that The MoonWalk was nominated for the Sport Event of the Year, sadly, it wasn’t our year, but it did go to another well deserving cause... congratulations to Westfield Health British Transplant Games, who aim to raise awareness of the value of organ donation.

So... a huge thank you to all our Walkers, Volunteers and Supporters for your amazing support, it is thanks to you that we have been going strong for 20 years and raised over £113 million so far for vital breast cancer causes... please, keep Walking the Walk and help us make a difference!
