The Lord Provost spoke from the heart as he thanked Walk the Walk - and over 100 of our wonderful walkers, volunteers and supporters - for all that we have achieved over the last ten years of MoonWalking in Scotland. I was so touched by the number of people who joined us for this wonderful celebration, and how far some had travelled to be with us. So of course it was only fitting that we sealed the celebration Lord Provost and all, with a huge Walk the Walk hug!
An enormous Thank You must go to Lesley Hinds for proposing the honour and to the Rt. Hon Donald Wilson, the Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh for honouring Walk the Walk in such a very special way!
We really could not achieve any of the wonderful things we have done in Scotland without you - YOU all make The MoonWalk Scotland the fantastic success that it is!
THANK YOU all for uniting with us against breast cancer and for being just fantastic!
