From our Fabulous MoonWalkers!

What an incredible night we all had at The MoonWalk London 2019... don't take our word for it... see what our MoonWalkers had to say!

LOVED EVERY SECOND!!! Such an amazing thing to be part of - Soph

Love it xxxx Thanks to everyone at WtW and all the volunteers. It was a cold old night but sheer bloody mindedness got us through!! That and the fact that BC robbed me of walking last year so this year it was all about ME! - Sara

My first moonwalk and I was so impressed with the enthusiasm and support from all the volunteers who must have all being feeling as tired as we were but didn’t let it show. The organisation of the event was also fantastic, well done to everyone involved xx - Sandra

My first full MoonWalk!! What an amazing experience!! - Giada

We walked as a team to remember my wife who passed away 20 years ago! It was emotional and tough at times but so proud of our team. Thank you Walk the Walk for all you do to raise awareness of this dreadful disease and for giving us an opportunity to do something practical to raise valuable money for this cause. You are all amazing - Mark

My 1st moonwalk, what an amazing well organised event. I’m proud to have taken part. Hobbled across the finish line. BIG thanks to all the volunteers who helped us through the journey - Tracey

Totally amazing, emotional and very tiring, Avril and I loved every minute, thank you to all the volunteers and well done to everyone who finished - Alison

I just wanted to say what a brilliant event. There was 19 of us, some new to events, some seasoned runners who have done VLM and other half marathons.
We were all in agreement that it was the best organised event we have EVER been to. From the amount of portaloos to the friendliness and professionalism of volunteers.
Thankyou so much, absolutely cannot fault the organisation - Naomi

Thanks for everything, what a wonderful night! amazing volunteers and fabulous organisation. What a truly great thing you guys do. See you in Edinburgh x - Sarah

First HalfMoon for all of us! Especially proud to have one of the 33 13-year-olds on our team. Awesome achievement from all of them, at such a young age. Full of respect for everyone who did the FullMoon, the volunteers and everyone else who works so hard to make this such an amazing event to be involved with. Thank You. We said “never again” but I’m going to start working on them! - Pamela

4th time for me, first for my husband. We finished our honeymoon walking the Full Moon Sat night. Back next year with our sons - Andrea

First Moonwalk it was the most emotional thing I have ever done, your volunteers deserve so much recognition they are the driving force of us finishing, and special thanks to Heidi at mile 21 you really are a special lady and your sign was exactly what was needed at that point in the walk you’re an inspiration.
Now signing up for the half next year to bring 2 of my sons along can’t wait for them to experience what I did  - Zoe

Thank you for such an emotional and amazing evening. I did the full Moonwalk on my own and loved it! - Nicola

My 12th Moonwalk, loved it. Thank you to the WTW team, the volunteers and all the walkers for a great night. As I'm addicted I'll be back next year for no.13. Rest up everyone. Xx - Barbara

Thank you for a tough but amazing night. - Michelle

Such an amazing achievement by every single walker, whether that was the half marathon, full one or whether you couldnt finish it for various reasons, the willpower and sheer determination was to be admired, it was inspiring to be a volunteer congratulating you at the finish line!! - Ayshea

Fantastic evening. Thanks to everyone who made it happen xx - Pauline

Brilliant event giving us, the friends, relatives or actually combatants of breast do something positive towards the defeat our common enemy. As a spectacular and supporter I was inspired by the spirit and grit of the walkers and the commitment and spirit of the volunteers - Iain

Amazing night, such fantastic volunteers and a well deserved medal at the end! Thank you all!! - Sarah

My first moonwalk... Definitely not my last. Amazing and emotional night and morning. So proud of myself. Thank you to all the amazing volunteers who supported us, high five'd us and got us around. I feel surprising agile and limber today! But I admit a spa day is helping! Can't wait for next year! - Helen
