Banish cobwebs! Get Spring Cleaning!

With the first day in March being the first day of Spring there is no better time for a spring clean! Offering your cleaning services to family, friends and neighbours is a great way to kick start your fundraising. Just offer to make their house extra shiny in exchange for a donation!

So dig out your feather dusters and rubber gloves and get to work!

One person's trash is another's treasure!

While we are spring cleaning, why not take it one step further and have a spring clear out! It is time to get rid of the books you have read, puzzles you have completed and unused clothes and gifts! Take some photos and upload them to eBay, Facebook Market Place, Depop and Vinted… you will be surprised at how much this can boost your fundraising!  

Get ready for Easter... Easter egg hunt! 

With Easter at the beginning of April, now is the time to think about how you can make the most it and boost your fundraising!

Everyone loves Easter eggs so why don’t you make you make your family and friends work for their chocolate this year…It’s time to host your very own Easter egg hunt! Invite as many people as you can to take part –in exchange for a donation of course! This is a great way to keep the children occupied for an hour or two and to increase your donations!

You can also sell refreshments to help wash all that chocolate down and boost your fundraising pot!

Show you care on Mother's Day

What could be nicer than a homemade box of sweeties to show our mums how much they mean to us this Mother’s Day! It’s time to dig out your mixing bowl, put your apron on and get creative in the kitchen. Who doesn’t love a chocolatey truffle or a creamy fudge?

Wrap them up in tissue paper and put them into little boxes with a pretty pink ribbon and you are good to go! Your friends and neighbours will be thanking you for helping them make their mums feel extra special this year!  

More love on Mother's Day...

If making sweet treats isn’t your thing, why don’t you get creative in a different way and get crafty! Our mums will love to see we have gone to extra mile to give them something money can’t buy. Personalised bookmarks, photo frames and keyrings are some of the things you can create and make your own. Your work colleagues, neighbours and friends will be putting in their requests to make sure their mums feel extra special this year!

Get lucky on St Patrick’s Day!

We don’t need a reason to bake cakes and cookies but as it’s St Patrick’s Day on 17^th March why don’t we help the Irish celebrate! All you need is green food colouring and some icing! Then it is over to you to get as creative as possible. You can make shamrock-shaped cookies or a delicious Guinness chocolate cake!

Charge your customers a donation! You will be surprised at how generous people can be!
