London Landmarks light up pink for The MoonWalk London

London landmarks light up pink in support of charity marathon, The MoonWalk London, and to help breast cancer walk raise breast cancer awareness

This year for The MoonWalk London 2018 some of London’s most spectacular landmarks will be lit up pink - just for all of Walk the Walk’s wonderful Walkers and Volunteers. The buildings will be glowing for each and every one of you, giving you a HUGE pink hug, to support and encourage you through the night as you take on your challenges.

Joining the Coca-Cola London Eye in lighting the skyline pink will be HMS Belfast, Sky Garden, County Hall, Waterloo Bridge, Hungerford Bridge and many others. It will be the largest number of buildings and landmarks lit up along the route that The MoonWalk London has ever seen – what a way to celebrate 21 years of MoonWalking!

Make sure to take photos with the lit up landmarks and send them to us via social media using @WalktheWalk and #moonwalklondon. If you take a photo of yourself with the pink Coca-Cola London Eye, don’t forget the hashtag #EyeLoveLondon.

A massive thank you to all the buildings and landmarks for uniting with Walk the Walk against breast cancer. It’s fantastic that The MoonWalk London Walkers and Volunteers know you’re supporting them and helping to raise awareness for breast cancer causes.

It’s not too late if you want to get involved in the action, why not Volunteer? The MoonWalk London and Saturday 12th May are almost upon us, so let’s get glowing!
