With Easter just around the corner why don’t you get crafty! You can make some Easter cards, knit some Easter bunnies or decorate some eggs, the choice is yours! It is a great way to see how creative you are and will keep the kids occupied for a couple of hours! Not forgetting a perfect opportunity to give your fundraising a boost.
Share your crafty talent with everyone you know, and they will be exchanging these for a donation in no time at all!
I’m sure you’re aware of the extra bank holiday weekend, so why don’t you start planning your Coronation themed fundraiser now! This is the perfect opportunity to get everyone together! What will it be? A traditional afternoon tea, a bank holiday barbeque or a Coronation cake sale… the choice is yours! Whatever you decide, make sure you have fun and see how much you can 👑 your fundraising with!
We are all guilty of buying things we think we love, changing our minds and not returning them! So why don’t you look through your wardrobe, put aside the clothes you’re no longer sure about and use them as a fundraising opportunity!
Vinted is a great way to find your unwanted clothes a new home! All you need to do is take a couple of photos, upload them with a small description, wait for a buyer to show an interest and pop them in the post! The balance will show in your account once the items have arrived at their new home! You don’t need to sell expensive items, you will be surprised how easy it is to sell items for less than a fiver and remember, it all adds up! https://www.vinted.com
Are you a member of a sports club? If so, why don’t you host your very own tournament! You may belong to a tennis, cricket or bowls club, whichever it is it’s time to get competitive with your friends and family! Ask everyone to contribute a donation to take part and this will give your fundraising a nice boost!
Take it one step further and put together a small raffle, or sell refreshments in the clubhouse to refuel the guests after all the running around!
Remember to share, share, share! Now your training is in full swing, remember to share every step of your journey with your friends and family! Everyone loves a selfie and posting regular photos and updates on your fundraising page can boost your fundraising by 70%! People will see your ongoing hard work and remember why you are doing what you are doing! This will also save you the job of asking for sponsorship again and again as your page does it for you!
Did you know you can increase your fundraising with our Walk the Walk bracelets? Sometimes offering something in exchange for a donation helps people part with their cash! We recommend you buy a pack of 50 bracelets for £25 or a pack of 10 for £5 here!
You can sell these for £1 to £2 each, and you will be surprised how many people give you more!
