Chi Chi The Pasta Family
In need of some comforting fresh pasta? Look no further than Chi Chi + The Pasta Family – a vibrant food van bringing people together through modern Italian flavours. They’ll be serving a selection of handmade pasta, including their top-rated Tuscan sausage rigatoni from Spitalfields Market, rich slow-cooked ragù, and seasonal vegetarian dishes — featuring their award-winning Pesto Genovese.
At the heart of it is Chi Chi, their founder Francesco. As a child in Milan, his father – who is from Veneto would call him “Chi Chi”. The nickname is a family tradition in the Veneto region and perfectly reflects the warmth and close-knit spirit that inspires everything they do!

Pabellon
Healthy, gluten-free Venezuelan food? Pabellon is a family business owned by Helios and Karla Gala, with 10 years of industry experience. They decided to share generations of family recipes and Venezuelan bold flavours with the people. Their menu consists of rice, black beans, slow-cooked beef or chicken, fried plantains, avocado, pico de gallo and cornbread, and the arepa, a traditional cornbread stuffed with your choice of protein and all the trimmings. Over the years, they have won several awards, including Best Sandwich in the UK and the British Street Food Awards.
