More MoonWalkers Reviews

Tempted to join our MoonWalk London 2019? See what our MoonWalkers had to say!

I found the toilet situation much better than I expected. A last minute toilet visit before we set off, a strategic/psychological toilet stop at mile three and we then didn't need to use it until mile 13. Both times our total queue/stop time was under ten minutes. Sipping rather than taking big drinks really helped - Rebecca

I loved doing the Moonwalk. If only you’d bring it to Australia so I can do it again - Tina

Massive thank you as well to Nina Barough and the people who started this all. You're amazing! Your inspiration and dedication are beyond words. Thank you for making it possible for us to be part of something so awe inspiring xx - Rebecca

I think this is going to be like childbirth .... right now No - it hurts, I’m emotionally and physically broken ... but I’m sure I’ll do it again in a couple of years - Pip

After 15 years of wanting to this I finally did today and completed in just over 10 hours. Sobbed as I crossed the line too. Couldn’t have done it without the support from my hubby and my two walking buddies Karen Howe and Deborah Lane. Thank you - Sarah-Jane

Well done to everyone, this morning (already seems like a lifetime ago although my feet know it wasn't!) I completed my 10th Moonwalk except this one was a bit last minute and with very minimal training - so it was very hard! But the smiles and positive comments from every volunteer and crew member really do count! Well done to all the walkers too it wouldn't be the same walking on our own! - Caroline

This time last week I was sitting in the big pink tent at Moonwalk city tucking into my pasta and getting ready to tackle the 26.2 miles. Was a fantastic night. Feet are almost fully back to normal! Xx - Donna

Can't believe a whole week has gone by! It was a truly amazing night. I loved it. This was my first MoonWalk, along with my fellow "Annie's Angels", Sarah and Dawn, who I can never thank enough for taking on the challenge with me. Let's not forget all those who are still facing their challenge..breast cancer and undergoing treatment....they are the true heroes. And my Mum, Annie, this was for you,....we love and miss you so very much xx - Linda

I am literally still on a high! So tired but can’t sleep! Wooohooo loved it - Jo
