Tour Package
The Team will be staying at Hotel Sel whilst in Lake Myvatn moving to Hotel Cabin in Reykjavik. You have a choice of staying in a single, twin, triple and quad (limited rooms available).
Deposit at Registration is £330 (breakdown listed below) plus remaining balance as below:

* currently due to COVID-19, our Training Walks will not be taking place - we will continue to assess the situation and update if any changes occur.

Flights
All group flights depart and arrive from London Heathrow.
Included in the Full Tour Package are four flights per person plus all taxes; London Heathrow to Keflavik, then Reykjavik City, to Akureyri/Husavik return.
We are unable to accept Race Entries only.
There are a limited number of Ground-only (no international flights) available. If you are interested, please contact us to discuss your potential arrangements and the times to meet the group before booking. These are reserved for international Walkers first and foremost.

If you would like to take this opportunity and receive a refund of more than £1,000 this means that you will be classed as a Professional Fundraiser under the Charities Act 1992, Section 60. This only applies to you if you intend to raise £3750 or more and intend to accept the refund, if so then you are required to complete a separate document within 14 days of applying/registering; this is in accordance with the Charity Commission and Charities Act 1992.
