What are the 2024 costs?

**Please note, all details below refer to the 2024 event.**
There is so much included within the package cost, with little to be spent whilst there... take a look at what is included here!
The Team will be staying at Hotel Sel whilst in Lake Myvatn moving to Hotel Cabin in Reykjavik. You have a choice of staying in a Single, Twin, Triple or Quad room.
The total challenge cost for each room choice is listed below, which includes the deposit.

Please Note: The cost of your package has been calculated in August 2023. Due to possible fluctuations in the exchange rate please be aware that should this increase above 3% we will have to pass on this cost to you. This is out of our control and something we will try to avoid.

*Please note, all group flights depart and arrive from/ to London Heathrow.
There are a limited number of packages available where the international and domestic flights are not included, please email the Event Team or call 01483 741430 - these are reserved for international Walkers first and foremost.
This also includes protection by trade description legislation, contract laws and package holiday regulations.

At Walk the Walk if you raise £1,500 or more, to thank you for supporting us and exceeding your minimum Fundraising, we will refund some of your Tour costs...
Minimum fundraising £750
Raise over £1,500 and WTW will refund £500
Raise over £1,850 and WTW will refund £615
Raise over £2,250 and WTW will refund £750
Raise over £2,550 and WTW will refund £850
Raise over £3,000 and WTW will refund £999
Raise over £3,750 and WTW will refund £1,250
Raise over £4,500 and WTW will refund £1,500

If you would like to take this opportunity and receive a refund of more than £1,000, this means that you will be classed as a Professional Fundraiser under the Charities Act 1992, Section 60. This only applies to you if you intend to raise £3,750 or more and intend to accept the refund, if so then you are required to complete a separate document within 14 days of applying/registering; this is in accordance with the Charity Commission and Charities Act 1992.
