This month’s challenge is all about technique and speed and you don't get one without the other! Good walking technique can help you get fitter, is great for posture, tones muscle, burns calories, can increase your walking speed and then... put it all to the test and it will help you achieve your goal!
So go on, find your Mojo, choose a distance below and we'll give you all the technique and advice you need. It's up to you to practice over the month and then go out and conquer your challenge! You can try it as many times as you like, just send us proof of the one walk you are most happy with.

'Take it Steady!' - Walk 3 miles in 54 minutes (18 minute miles)
'Ramp it Up!' - Walk 4 miles in 1 hour (15 minute miles)
'Intensity!' - Walk 5 miles in 1 hour 5 minutes (13 minute miles)
You can choose from having a 'Unique Monthly Challenge Spring Medal' and full Walk the Walk support option, or you can go it alone with the free one... We are here to help you reach your goal!
