  1. What are the 2021 challenge costs?

    The cost is based on 2 people sharing a twin room and dormitories on the trail itself.

    Challenge Deposit paid on Entry: £420 

    Total Challenge cost: £3,830

  4. Money Back!

    At Walk the Walk if you excel in your fundraising, to thank you for your exceptional support we have created the ‘Money Back Scheme’, the more you fundraise the more Walk the Walk will refund your Tour costs. 


    Raise £1,850 and Walk the Walk will refund £615
    Raise £2,600 and Walk the Walk will refund £865
    Raise £3,350 and Walk the Walk will refund £999
    Raise £3,850 and Walk the Walk will refund £1,280
    Raise £4,350 and Walk the Walk will refund £1,450

    If you would like to receive a refund of more than £1,000 this means you will be classed as a Professional Fundraiser under the Charities Act 1992, Section 60, and must complete this form within 14 days of your Challenge Registration. If you do not complete this form, the maximum that can be refunded is £999

    Please note: the amount that can be refunded to any Walker is the total paid for the standard 5-night stay. This does not include the Deposit paid upon registration, insurance or personal spending.

  5. How can I pay?

    There are 3 ways to pay:

    1. Pay in full when registering

    2. Pay the deposit followed by 2 instalments:

    Non Skiers - previous skiing experience is not necessary but you must achieve a minimum of a Level 4 certificate.

    Essential Kit 

    Please note not all downhill skiing equipment will be sufficient for the conditions. A full kit list will be provided, but if you need any guidance please get in touch with the Unique Challenge team who will be happy to help.

    Here's some of the kit:

    • High quality Ski Gloves or Mittens suitable for minus 15 conditions
    • Windproof trousers or ski trousers
    • Gortex windproof jacket
    • Down jacket or equal quality
    • Thermals/Base Layers
