  2. Cancellations

    • Cancellations can be made at any time, however, the entry fee paid to Action Challenge and the Walker Pack fee paid to Walk the Walk are both non-refundable.
    • All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, by sending an email to [email protected] 
    • All online entries have a statutory 14 day cooling off period; during this time, you can cancel and will receive a full refund to the card that you used to make the initial registration fee payment (Walk the Walk)
    • After this time a cancellation can still be made; please refer to the Challenge Terms & Conditions you agreed to when registering, a copy of which can be downloaded on this page.
    • As well as cancelling your place with Walk the Walk, you must also notify the event organisers, Action Challenge; this is your, the Walker's, responsibility.

    100 KM Challenge

    If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the event, you will not need to pay the £297.50 Charity Sponsorship or the £165.00 Mixed Funding minimum fundraising due on the 15th August 2022. If you cancel after this date, you will be able to withdraw from the event, however, there are Terms and Conditions regarding any potential refund of your fundraising.

    Half Way Challenge

    If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the event, you will not need to pay the £197.50 Charity Sponsorship or the £109.00 Mixed Funding minimum fundraising due on the 15th August 2022. If you cancel after this date, you will be able to withdraw from the event, however, there are Terms and Conditions regarding any potential refund of your fundraising.
