  1. What are the 2021 challenge costs?

    The Team will be staying at the 4* Hilton Charlemont hotel, in the centre Dublin; the location is perfect! The basic package is 3 nights from Friday 22 to Monday 25 October 2021, however, if you wish to extend your stay to explore some more then this is possible! 

    Please note, all participants must book their own flights.

    The cost listed below is based on the 2020 Challenge - 2021 Tour costs will be confirmed shortly.

    Supporters

    Friends and family are welcome to join us and enjoy all the delights that are included in this Package. However, as a Charity and first and foremost our places must go to Walkers who are fundraising for us. Please get in touch with the Unique Challenges Team and they will be happy to help. 

    Please Note: The cost of your package has been calculated in October 2019. Due to possible fluctuations in the exchange rate please be aware that should this increase above 3% we will have to pass on this cost to you. This is out of our control and something we will try to avoid.

  2. How can I pay?

    The details listed below are based on the 2020 Challenge - 2021 Tour costs will be confirmed shortly. 

    There are 3 ways to pay:

    1. Pay in full when registering

    2. Pay the deposit followed by 2 instalments:

  3. What does the cost include?

    • 4* hotel accommodation in a standard room
    • Race Entry into The Dublin Marathon

    • A pre-event 20 mile training walk in London led by Walk the Walk staff (subject to minimum numbers).

    Standard room include: flat screen TV, large opening windows, air-con, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, room safe, complimentary tea/coffee, alarm radio, work desk, well-appointed bathroom, toiletries.

  4. Are there any additional costs?

    • Flights - you make your own way to Dublin Airport.
    • Transfers from Dublin Airport to the hotel.
    • Overseas postage and packaging.
    • Any additional activities.
    • Insurance policy.
    • Additional WTW T-shirts: £17.50 + P&P.

  5. Money Back!

    The details listed below are based on the 2020 Challenge - 2021 Tour costs will be confirmed shortly. 

    At Walk the Walk if you raise £1,250 or more, to thank you for supporting us, we will refund you some of your Tour costs...

    Minimum amount to be raised £650

    Standard Room Tour Pack  

    Raise £1,300 and we will refund £390 *

    Raise £1,500 and we will refund £475**

     In order to qualify for a refund, Walk the Walk must receive the fundraising before Monday 21 December 2020.

    * Based on a 3 night twin share 

    ** Based on a 4 night twin share

    If you excel in your fundraising and are staying in a different room option or extra night then your refund fundraising amount and potential refund will be different - please get in touch with us
