    Day 2 Monday 18th April -  O'Cebreiro to Samos - 18.4 miles

We start our 100 miles and begin walking from the top of Mount O'Cebreiro. Most people begin their journey from Sarria, so this part of the route is enjoyed for being less travelled and quieter. From here we will descend towards the beautiful village of Samos.

Every day the landscape is stunning but today you are very high so the view is truly exceptional. Our Hotel is situated at the bottom of the valley, where you will receive the first of many very big welcomes.

    Included: Breakfast & Dinner

    Day 3 Tuesday 19th April - Samos to Portomarin - 24 miles

Today is a longer walk, firstly along the river and then into the forest, through the 'town' of Sarria. It is from Sarria where many pilgrims start their Camino trail completing the required minimum distance of 60 miles in order to receive the Compostela certificate. From here we move onto the village of Portomarin. It is a beautiful little town and has a large reservoir, an old fortified church and the old main square where everybody meets at the end of the day and sit and have drinks and share food, telling tales from the day.
