For all you committed and regular walkers, it's always a good idea to work on your technique and speed.
Without too much technique it is possible to go from an average walking pace of 3 miles an hour to about 4–4.5 miles an hour, then for many increasing the pace becomes challenging and elusive. It is at this point that the most common question I am asked is ‘What can I do to increase my speed’.
