Did you catch The MoonWalk London 2018 in the News?

Charity Marathon, The MoonWalk London, hits the headlines across the UK and raises breast cancer awareness

It was pink cowboy hats galore when The MoonWalk London was featured across the UK’s airwaves, on TV screens, online and in print! BBC’s The One Show broadcast a very touching feature, focussing on three of our Walkers and their teams – Daniel and Aimee Bolton, and Lucie Joels. If you missed it click the image below, we're at 16.19 mins in. Be quick though as it’s only available to view until 13 June!

Another fantastic television piece was shown by one of our partners, London Live, click the image below to watch. If you were able to join us at The MoonWalk London 2018, see if you can spot yourself!

The ITV Regional network also broadcast pieces featuring Walkers from different parts of the country!

In print, all you wonderful Walkers and Volunteers used the template press release and secured fantastic coverage regionally. Other special pieces included The Daily Mail Online and Daily Star Online.

On the radio shout-outs to friends, family, co-workers, neighbours and team mates were heard in a warm display of well-deserved support, congratulating those Walking and Volunteering. Graham Norton and Dermot O’Leary even got involved on BBC Radio 2.

We’ve created a template press release you can send out to your local papers. Simply fill in the gaps, and send it with a photo of you in your decorated bra or Walk the Walk T-shirt. Download it here

Congratulations and a big thank you to all our Walkers and Volunteers for joining us for the 21st MoonWalk London.
