The Team will be staying on the shore of Lake Disney in the wonderful mountain lodge style hotel, Sequoia Lodge, just a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Disneyland. The package is 3 nights twin share from Friday 22nd September 2017 and includes everything listed below.

Please note: The cost of your package has been calculated at the time of the event launch in January 2017. Due to the possible fluctuations in the financial market for the forthcoming year and the value of the GBP against the Euro, please be aware that should the exchange rate fluctuate above 3% on the cost of the challenge, the charity will unfortunately be forced to pass on any increase in costs (or reduce your costs for any decrease, if applicable). The final price will be confirmed to you prior to the Final Balance being due, any costs below 3% will be covered by Walk the Walk in Action and will not be passed on. The charity will aim to avoid any additional costs, however the fluctuations of currency are out of our control and therefore an increase in price may be applied.

No, sorry, it is not possible to gain race entry for the Disneyland Paris Challenge through Walk the Walk without travel and accommodation.
At Walk the Walk if you raise £975 or more, to thank you for supporting us, we will refund you as per the breakdown below!
Minimum amount to be raised £300
Raise £975 and Walk the Walk will refund £300
Raise £1,200 and Walk the Walk will refund £450
Raise £1,425 and Walk the Walk will refund £575
Raise £1,550 and Walk the Walk will refund £675
Raise £2,000 and Walk the Walk will refund £999
Please note: the maximum amount that can be refunded to any person is the total paid for your basic 3 night stay. This does not include the Walker Pack Fee, Deposits, Race Entries, insurance, medical certificate or personal spending.
In order to qualify for a refund, Walk the Walk must receive the fundraising before Monday 11th December 2017.
It is compulsory that all Walkers are adequately insured for their trip. You are recommended to arrange a special insurance product, which offers cover that is wide in scope and designed for all of the sports, events and activities you will be doing whilst on the challenge. It should include cover for cancellation of the trip due to a sports injury, not provided by other insurance products, plus standard cover such as travel and baggage.
We can recommend Global Travel Insurance. They can provide you with a personal quote that specifically covers your chosen activity, including cancellation due to sports injury.
Confirmation and details of your insurance will be requested by Walk the Walk prior to the Challenge.
As part of the rules and regulations for individuals taking part in events in France, it is compulsory for any foreign participant entering the Half Marathon to provide a signed Medical Certificate. This certificate must be dated from less than one year on the date of the Half Marathon, must be written in French, dated, and signed by a Doctor. If it is not written in the French language, it must be supplied with a translation into French.
You must have a copy of the Medical Certificate by early May 2017, and our Unique Challenges Team will send you information on how to get this. Please note: you may be required to pay an additional fee to get your medical certificate and each medical centre is different, we advise you call your medical centre directly regarding this.
